Exchange & Refund Policy

At Xernoo Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic products. Exchanges and refunds are only entertained in the following circumstances:
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective or unsuitable for consumption upon delivery.
  • The order received does not match the order placed.
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference regarding taste, texture, or appearance.
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Normal variations in natural products, including color, texture, aroma, or consistency.
To request an exchange or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Approved refunds may be issued as:
  • Product replacement.
  • Refund to the original payment method, where applicable.
Xernoo Organics reserves the right to assess all claims before approving any exchange or refund request.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the Exchange & Refund Policy will apply.
Xernoo Organics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment verification issues.

Payment Information

We offer secure payment options available at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
For selected orders, bulk purchases, or high-value transactions, advance payment may be required before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times are:
  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Similar delivery windows are commonly used by Pakistani organic-product retailers.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

As our products are natural and organic, slight variations in color, texture, aroma, size, or appearance may occur between batches. These variations are natural characteristics of organic products and do not constitute defects.
